We also offer the opportunity to “opt out” of receiving information or being contacted by us or by any agency acting on our behalf.

Personally Identifiable Information collected by the Company is securely stored and is not accessible to third parties or employees of The Caravan except for use as indicated above.

"Additional Personal Information"

For certain experiences, we may ask for proficiency in certain applications or languages or technical skills to determine if The Guest (Anyone who is not a part of the Caravan team who is participating in the experience) is a suitable candidate for the experience.

We may also ask for additional personal information or opinions that could be difficult for some people to talk about. Providing this information is voluntary and it is solely at The Guest’s discretion whether to provide this information and how much to provide.

How do we use the Additional Personal Information?

To determine if The Guest is suitable for the Experience and to customise and personalize experiences to the Guest. We will also use this information to study the effectiveness and certain questions for the purpose of innovation and development.
